Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
Refund Policy will be 30 days from date of delivery on all products. All returned items will be shipped back to seller at buyer's expense.

Return Authorization
Contact us at refund@1vacuum.com to get a RMA # and initiate the return process. Returns sent without an authorized RMA number may not be accepted.

Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, packaging, manuals, and parts. Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or missing components may be subject to partial refund or refusal.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be non-returnable, including clearance items, special orders, or hygiene-sensitive products once opened.
